Ok, a good friend of mine encouraged me to research the benefits of flax seed knowing that all the hype about this miracle seed would definitely peek my interest & start me on a journey to locate this wonder seed.

What I found:

Preliminary studies show that flax seed may help fight everything from heart disease to diabetes to even breast cancer.  What?! WOW! Ok, I’m sold! But I’m now faced with the challenging delemia of finding creative ways of digesting this wonder seed.  HELP!

I have much more to report however I must find a way to swallow this last spoonful of miracle flax seed.  Try it u may like it!

LOL Silly troll. I know its the holiday season but you know trolls and goblins like to come out all times of the year to play tricks on people. Here’s what I cant respect…trolls in red shoes. It might not be my battle to fight but her ridiculousness is such an easy target.

There are 2 types of people in this world..me and everyone else. <—- Seriously, who thinks like that? Answer: Trolls do.

On a lighter note, my girl friend is engaged! I just saw it on facebook! Im soooo excited for her. I cant wait to dish about it… Have a good weekend!

Okay so as I was uploading new pics to my account I realized I had a new birthday request from my in his words Boo, Baby, Boyfriend (wink).  Well when I went to his page I noticed that about 5 days ago he changed his status from no status to single!  SINGLE!! WTF!  Do I think he is looking to advertise his singledom in an effort to meet someone under false pretense or to mislead someone…NO of course not – if I thought that I would have BEEN lit into him & been OUT! What I do think is he is fishing for some sort of confirmation from me on our status instead of just coming straight out & asking !  Please understand I am VERY BLUNT-I dont have an issue addressing a situation as long as the end result is clarity for me & all mankind-I’m good, however I don’t have time for these games nor will I pretend at this point that I am going to start.  Now just so that you understand I’m sure that the reason for his abrupt status declaration is primarily because he seen my page that has always listed my status as “SINGLE” but I just never got around to update it to “IN A RELATIONSHIP” but don’t play games because I truly need him to understand that “TWO CAN PLAY THAT GAME”…”Now- how I decide to deal with this is “WHAT LIFE IS REALLY ABOUT”!!

I think we all have moments when life changes ever so slightly but enough to have an impact enough to send a tsunami slamming into other regions of your life. One weekend, we went away for the weekend. Although it was a simple get-away with no discussions of our status..we’d become closer in a way that is hard to explain.. I realized that our lives were becoming one…I thought “soon I will be a part of stories that he retells to friends and strangers…Yea, its like that time me and her went…or she said… or you wont guess what she did yesterday.” That Sunday, I realized that I am a part of his life and not a random blip on his radar.

I absolutely cant get enough of this man. He is incredible in every sense of the word. The best part is that I am selfless when Im with him and Ive been known to be a very selfish person. I’m calm, less angry/fustrated. I smile and giggle as if its the only language on Earth. Quiet moments in bed, with him snuggled up against my neck are the moments I know that my world is so much better this side of Sunday…

I hope the Duchess gets to her side of Sunday or maybe she already has…
What life is really about

For dinner I made scrumptous turkey chops, steamed broccoli, rice, and cresents and after almost choking to death because the poor man doesn’t eat three square meals a day & when he does eat it’s something out of a can, a meal u have to add a seasoning pack to or something deadly through the drive-thru.  He inhaled my dinner! Once mydaughter & I recovered from laughing so hard we inquired if he was ok he admitted…”Im good I’m just enjoying this dinner too much”.  Yes he was sucking on the turkey chop bone…who does that! LOL!

A half hour later he is playing MADDEN  with my two sons…wow..nice…sweet dreams.

This is What life is REALLY about!

I havn’t seen my friend in about 2 weeks. We have each missed out on some parts of eachother’s lives and decided to venture to Loehmans to see what goodies/presents we could score and catch up. I had full intention of ONLY purchasing my brother’s x-mas present but I figured “Hey why not look for myself” lol

I go to the back sale section where their fancy pantsy clothes and dresses are. I rummaging through the rack when I find a Vera Wang dress in a size 0. I’m not a 0 but I hold onto the dress because at this price I WILL fit into it. The fashion gods must have been looking out for me cuz then I see it a size 6!!!!!!!!! I snatch it off the rack and run to the dressing room waving my arms in the air like a crazy lady. The 6 is PERFECTA! I look at the price and am not completely sold. It was $89.97 with 25% off. ehhh not wonderful but ok. My friend  aka  partner in serious crime goes “Oh wait!! We’ve got coupons that are stackable!!” I smile, she smiles and we prance up to the register like proud moms. “Here!” I say to the cashier. She starts doing her thing on the register and chaaa-ching “Mam, your total is $53.14 from $580.00. YES. I. SAID. IT. $580!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man this is what life is about! Now I’ve got a GREAT Holiday dress just in time for some work functions and it definitely secures  the little black dress title for me….

Now bare witness to my trophy and remember to say “DOWN FROM $580!!!!”

I’m not sure if its a question or a statement but its definitely an expression.

Everyone has been there. The moment where their mind catches up with life’s CRAZY events and you ask yourself  “What is life about?!” and sometimes when really ridiculous things happen..you ask yourself  ” Man! What is life REALLY about?”

Duchess and I are always saying it. So much so this afternoon we said we had to start blogging about it cuz we CANT be alone…seriously.

Here’s my first post. Duchess will come by tommorrow to drop her two cents. Let the laughter ensue!
